Big Jack’s was first started in January of 2003. Since then the company has grown to four employees and a fleet of four tow trucks, two flat-beds, one service truck and one wrecker with full recovery capabilities.

The range of services has also grown considerably, and Big Jack’s is offering everything from a simple oil change to computer diagnostics. The entire staff at Big Jack’s is ASE certified (National Institute for Automotive Service Excellence) and all have many years of experience in the towing industry. Big Jack himself has ten years of experience in towing.

We at Big Jack’s take great pride in offering our customers the best possible service. We operate within the entire New England area, so we will tow your car wherever you want it.

Our goal is to continue to grow progressively without losing touch with our customers. We always try to find a solution to your problem.

We at Big Jack’s have been offering automotive services and more since the beginning of 2003 when Jack first started the company. From the start, we have had a passion towards customer satisfaction. Recognized for our service, we are members of AAA, Auto Help Line just to name a few.

Currently, our fleet of trucks consists of four trucks in total. Two of them are flat-beds, capable of towing cars with a low ground clearance. We have one service truck, in case there are engine problems that need to be handled on site. Last, we have a wrecker with full recovery capabilities. There is no tow that we cannot perform.
